Aromatherapy Essential Oils:  These densely concentrated oils of plants and trees treat symptoms on more of an energy level; however, there have been many scientific studies to substantiate their anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-biotic properties as well.  Frequently, olfactory intake (simply smelling) works faster than ingesting medicines.  Aromatherapy oils should never be taken internally, unless under the guidance of a professional.  They are very powerful healers used in several ways such as massage, shower, bath and room diffusers.  They can be great for strengthening organs or systems, such as sluggish digestion.

Supplements:  The research field for supplements is finally coming to center stage, and what we are finding out about them is nothing short of astounding news. Supplements have been proven to protect against and prevent so many conditions and diseases now, that they are an integral part of almost any healing regimen.  Learning which vitamins and minerals can make a difference in such things as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer is information we all should possess.

Flower Essences:  Flower’s essences caught in water and stabilized, usually with Brandy, these medicines work on a vibrational level as well.  They are usually used to treat the underlying emotional blocks that go along with the condition.  They work very subtly over a period of time to change the emotions and thus influence the physical as a consequence.

Homeopathics:  This medicine is based on the theory that like cures like and is made from infinitesimal amounts of plant, animal or mineral material that cause the same symptoms in a healthy person that you are trying to treat in a sick one.  These substances stimulate the body’s immune system to respond in a curative way to those same symptoms that your body is experiencing.

Diet is always the baseline of any health program.  Eating organically grown fruits vegetables, grains and legumes as much as possible is the key.  Avoiding processed and packaged foods and eating locally grown foods in season is a good start.  We will also look at food allergies as well as other elements related to diet.
